Robert Smith

Robert Smith is currently the Hardware Engineering Department Senior Manager at Northrop Grumman Space, where they oversee the engineering department and ensure the effective management of engineering products. Previously, they served as a Systems Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin, managing cross-functional teams and contributing to multiple significant aerospace projects. With experience as a Product Lead and a Design Engineer, Robert has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, implement cost-saving initiatives, and enhance production processes. They hold a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
