Ron McLaughlin

Ron McLaughlin is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Test Engineering Manager and Senior Principal Engineer at Northrop Grumman since October 2022. Previously, Ron held various leadership roles in the United States Air Force from August 2019 to October 2022, including Senior Leader of the 576th Flight Test Squadron and Maintenance Squadron Superintendent. Additionally, Ron served as Superintendent at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency from June 2017 to August 2019 and was the Maintenance Operations Flight Chief in the United States Air Force from February 2016 to June 2017. Ron's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Portland State University, a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and multiple degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and the University of Phoenix in technology and engineering fields.
