Ryan Kramer

Ryan Kramer is a Logistics Program Manager at Northrop Grumman, where they have been since 2025. Previously, Ryan served as a Weapons Officer at USS MAINE and held various leadership roles in the U.S. Navy, including Fleet Operations Division Head at the Naval Ordnance Test Unit and Officer in Charge at the Strategic System Program Fleet Support Detachment. With a Bachelor of Arts in Chemical Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Master of Arts in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, Ryan brings a strong educational background to their extensive experience in military operations and program management. Ryan has also completed Nuclear Power School, specializing in nuclear propulsion and power plant operations.
