Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is a seasoned professional in engineering and program management with extensive experience in the aerospace sector. Currently, Ryan serves as the Senior Director of Program Management at Northrop Grumman, having advanced through various leadership roles including Director of Operations. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Orbital ATK, where major contributions included directing operations in advanced composite structures and leading engineering teams on significant military and commercial aircraft projects. Ryan's expertise encompasses cost management, lean manufacturing, and integrated product team leadership, having successfully improved manufacturing rates and reduced defects in critical programs. Ryan holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
