Stephen Sauser is a Senior Program Manager for Tactical Fighters within Mission Systems at Northrop Grumman. Having begun their career as a Correctional Officer in Delaware, they transitioned to various roles in supply chain management, eventually taking on leadership positions at Northrop Grumman and Under Armour. Stephen has an academic background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Limestone College and two master's degrees—one in Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Leadership from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and the other in Business Analytics and Risk Management from The Johns Hopkins University. They are presently pursuing their master's degree while continuing to lead at Northrop Grumman.
