Tom Devlin

Tom Devlin has extensive experience in technical management and engineering within the aerospace sector, holding key positions at various organizations, including Northrop Grumman and Jackson and Tull. Currently serving as Manager Digital Engineering 2 at Northrop Grumman, Devlin previously acted as VP at Jackson and Tull, overseeing the Aerospace Division and managing projects such as small satellite development for NASA and commercial clients. With a strong background at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, notable roles included leading avionics projects for satellite servicing and the International Space Station. Devlin is recognized for developing award-winning educational software and has held integral roles in numerous high-profile space missions and programs since the early stages of their career, including work on the Hubble Space Telescope. Devlin holds degrees in Systems Management and Electrical Engineering.
