Trace Thompson

Trace Thompson is a Senior Principal Mission Assurance Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where they lead quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with program contract quality requirements. Previously, they held various engineering roles, including positions at Orbital ATK and NORDAM, where they focused on mission assurance and manufacturing processes. Trace began their career with an Engineering Internship at TD Williamson, Inc., and holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University.
