Stéphane Graber has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an LTSP developer and Ubuntu liaison at Revolution Linux from August 2008 to March 2011. Stéphane then joined Ubuntu and held various positions, including software developer for the Ubuntu Foundations team from April 2011 to July 2015, technical lead for LXD from July 2015 to September 2018, and engineering manager for LXD from September 2018 to July 2023. During their time at Ubuntu, Stéphane also became a core developer in May 2009. Prior to their involvement with Ubuntu, Stéphane worked as the VP of Infrastructure at NorthSec, where they managed the infrastructure team responsible for both on-site and year-round infrastructure, starting from February 2021. Stéphane also served as the infrastructure lead at NorthSec from June 2009 to February 2021, overseeing the design, implementation, and operation of the security contest's on-site infrastructure. Currently, they are the owner of Zabbly since July 2023.
Stéphane Graber completed their education from 2005 to 2008 at the Centre Professionnel du Littoral Neuchâtelios, where they obtained a CFC degree in Computer Science. Additionally, during the same period, they also earned a Maturité degree in various subjects including French, English, German, History, Economics, Maths, and Psychology.
