Northside Ventures is a pre-seed and seed stage venture capital firm backing exceptional Canadian founders in the US and Canada.

We aim to invest in a founder’s first round of external capital, often at the point of company inception and ideation. Our initial cheques are $100K - $500K. 

We believe in a versatile approach to early-stage investing, prioritizing categories that hold the potential to greatly transform our world's future. Core investment categories include: artificial intelligence, B2B SaaS, fintech and cleantech.

We are passionate about working with ambitious, high-velocity founders from the earliest stages of ideation to finding product-market fit. We support our portfolio founders through 3 primary areas of value including: 

1) Helping founders secure their first 10 customers and find product-market fit;
2) Supporting founders in raising their next round of capital; and
3) Always being available as a sounding board for ideas and advice.
