Daniel Li has a diverse background in technical recruiting and talent management, with experience spanning several high-profile organizations. At Palantir Technologies, Daniel served as a Technical Recruiter and later as Recruiting Lead, where responsibilities included revamping interviewing programs and advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to this, Daniel engaged in multiple roles at Allcare LegSmart, gaining exposure to operations, sales, and marketing while working closely with leadership. Daniel also contributed to Amazon's internal recruiting team and progressed to Recruiter Lead at Aston Carter, training new hires while maintaining recruiting duties.
