Daniel Mayne is currently the P&I Director at NorthStandard, having previously served as Deputy Director in Claims. From 2017 to 2023, they worked as a Senior Executive in Claims at The North of England P&I Association Limited, a leading marine liability insurer. Earlier in their career, Daniel was a Midshipman in the Royal Navy from 2008 to 2010, where they received high-quality instruction and developed leadership skills through maritime experiences. Daniel holds an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute and a LLB (Hons) in Maritime Law from the University of Aberdeen.
