Maurissa McHugh

Maurissa McHugh is currently the Head of Reward at NorthStandard, where they oversee reward strategies and analytics. They previously served as a Reward and HR Analytics Specialist at RSA and as a Reward Analyst at Primark. Maurissa began their career as an Over the Counter Assistant at Stacks Pharmacy from 2007 to 2011, developing strong customer service skills. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork, graduating with First Class Honours and earning recognition during their placement program. Additionally, Maurissa took on leadership as the Director of the UCC Commerce Conference, facilitating sponsorships and coordinating event logistics.
