John Garlock

John "Buzz" Garlock serves as the Chairman of the Board at NorthStar Foundation since December 2014 and has held the position of Senior Vice President-Financial Advisor-Senior Portfolio Manager-Portfolio Focus at RBC Wealth Management since June 1995. Additionally, John Garlock has been a dedicated volunteer at Boys Town since January 1985. Garlock earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bellevue University between 1972 and 1976.
