Eric Berg

Eric Berg has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Eric currently serves as the President of Northstar Properties since June 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at Redstone Residential from June 2014 to June 2020. In addition, they were also a Property Manager at Redstone Residential from May 2012 to May 2014, where they successfully increased the NOI by 15% and improved the overall occupancy rates. Eric also worked as an Asset/Property Manager at NAI Vista from July 2014 to July 2016, overseeing various shopping centers and managing over 500,000 sqft of commercial space. Eric started their career as a Maintenance Supervisor at Redstone Residential from 2010 to 2012 and as a Maintenance Technician at Idaho State University from 2008 to 2010.

Eric Berg completed their Bachelor's degree in Technology Management with an emphasis in Facilities Management at Utah Valley University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied Statistics at Brigham Young University from 2010 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, Eric obtained a Certified Pool Operator certification from the Utah Department of Health in 2013 and a Certified Property Manager certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2020. Eric is also a Utah licensed sales agent in the real estate industry.
