Mandy Boldt

Mandy Boldt is the Director of Engagement at NorthstarMLS, where they provide real estate brokers and agents with essential tools and information to enhance market efficiency. With a strong background in internal, marketing, social media, and PR communications, Mandy previously served as the Communications Director for the St. Paul Area Association of REALTORS® and as an Internal Communications Manager at Datacard, where they developed strategic communication plans. Mandy also worked as an Adjunct Online Faculty member at Rasmussen College, instructing students in professional communication. Currently pursuing an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and holding a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and Technical Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Mandy is recognized for their creative engagement approach and adaptability in complex situations.
