NorthTech SLE is a Territory-owned and operated business providing specialised fabrication, machining, site installation and maintenance for the industrial, marine, mining, oil & gas and government sectors. 

Combining the workshop capability of SLE Engineering, founded in 1987, and Northtech Solutions, established in 2010, Northtech SLE brings together local expertise, innovation, and reliability.

Our experienced management team supports a crew of qualified tradespeople. Our team hold multiple qualifications making them site-ready, operating a 2,300m² workshop in Pinelands with a 4,000m² laydown area. Equipped with multiple overhead cranes, advanced fabrication and machining technology, a climate-controlled clean room, we deliver precision assembly and handle projects of any scale.
 
Our comprehensive range of services include:

• Fabrication & Installation, delivering high-quality, durable results. Welding in accordance with AS1554, AS3992, AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX, with full WPS, WPQR, and traceability documentation.

• Machining delivered in-house and on-site. With advanced equipment and skilled operators, we provide line boring, flange facing, pipe bevelling and other in situ services.

• Industrial Services, high and ultra-high-pressure water blasting for cleaning and surface preparation across industrial applications. We also offer bulk fuel and oil filtration via a containerised, high-volume system, achieving five-micron aviation standard cleanliness.

• Marine Services, fast, reliable support, including short notice and time-critical mobilisations, helping reduce port time, berthing time and meet tight schedules.
