Andrei Dragos possesses extensive experience in engineering, particularly in the fields of battery management systems and motorsport. Currently serving as the Lead of BMS Development at Northvolt since September 2021, Andrei has also held various roles including System Engineer, Lead of HiL Test Engineering, and Software Engineer within the same organization. Prior to Northvolt, Andrei worked as a Development Engineer at Grönska Stadsodling, and at ITK Engineering GmbH focusing on motorsport development. Additional experience includes leadership positions such as Vehicle Dynamics Group Leader at Oxford Brookes Racing and Suspension Group Leader at Schulich Racing. Early career experiences include internships at TransCanada and Encana Corporation. Andrei holds a Master of Science in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
