Malin Knave is the Chief People & Growth Officer at Northvolt, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic organizational development, HR operations, and talent alignment to drive long-term growth. Previously, Malin served as Director of Strategy, Growth and Scaling at Northvolt, focusing on the establishment of gigafactory operations. At Telia, Malin held dual roles as Director of Transformation Office and VP of Strategy and Transformation, leading efforts in workforce transformation and strategy execution. As Managing Partner at Ascend Consulting AB, Malin was involved in founding the consultancy and managing client engagements. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Connecta AB and Management Trainee/Key Account Manager at Bosch. Malin holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lund University and is a Certified Board Professional from Styrelseakademien.
