Nancy Nikolis is the Director of the Blood Bank at Northwell Health, a position held since 2010. Previously, they worked as a Supervisor/Systems Coordinator at Maimonides Medical Center from 1997 to 2010, and served as Assistant Manager at the New York Blood Center between 1989 and 1997. Nancy has also held various technologist roles at prominent institutions such as Beth Israel Medical Center and Mount Sinai Health System in the mid-1980s.
