Northwest DPC & Headache is a Spokane clinic offering adult primary care and focused migraine/headache care through a transparent, patient-centered model. We provide longer visits, faster access, and clear pricing so patients can receive thoughtful, relationship-based care without the usual complexity.

Our clinic offers preventive care, chronic disease management, urgent visits, second opinions, and specialized headache services. We also provide advanced treatment options including Botox for chronic migraine, occipital nerve blocks, and trigger point injections.

We primarily use a self-pay model and also accept traditional Medicare and Washington L&I.

Founded by Dr. Michael Stewart, a board-certified internal medicine physician with an Advanced Qualification in Headache Medicine, Northwest DPC & Headache combines evidence-based medical care with a more personal and accessible patient experience.

Whether you need a long-term primary care physician or expert help for migraine and headache disorders, Northwest DPC & Headache is here to make care simpler, more direct, and more human.
