At Northwest Enforcement, we do security differently. We provide state certification training in-house so we can ensure that our officers have a complete understanding of the valuable de-escalation techniques we utilize. We invested in a field leadership team to provide check-ins and support to onsite officers throughout their evening shifts, and have a 24/7 local dispatch line so our officers have support while protecting client sites.

We offer benefits after the third month of full-time employment, and QUARTERLY raises to reward a job well done.
