The Operations Team at NWPS is responsible for overseeing the efficient execution of retirement plan operations, ensuring participant services run smoothly, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. This team handles day-to-day plan administration, participant inquiries, and client support to ensure seamless service for our 1,100+ companies and their 515K+ participants. They manage critical aspects such as plan setup, contributions, distributions, and regulatory reporting, delivering proactive support that aligns with the clients' needs.
