Jay Schmidt

Jay Schmidt has extensive experience in compliance, currently serving as Assistant Director of Enterprise Compliance at Northwestern Mutual since 2005. Prior to this role, Jay worked as a Compliance Consultant at Wells Fargo from 2003 to 2005 and as a Transition Consultant at Raymond James from 1998 to 2003. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Communication and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, both obtained from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with the Master's completed in 1991 and the Bachelor's in 1989.
