Molly Alter

Molly Alter is an accomplished investor with experience at prominent firms including Northzone as an Investor since July 2023, and previously as a Partner at Index Ventures from November 2020 to July 2023, where involvement included board positions and investments in companies such as Quantive and ComplyAdvantage. Additionally, Molly served on the Investment Team at Insight Venture Partners from 2016 to October 2020, participating in various Series B and C investments. In the media sector, Molly co-hosted "Alter Family Politics," a political talk show on Sirius XM Radio from September 2015 to December 2022. Earlier roles include Managing Director at Mt. Auburn Productions from 2014 to 2016 and a product marketing position at Microsoft in 2015. Molly holds a Bachelor's degree in the History of Science with a minor in Global Health and Health Policy from Harvard University and has also worked as a Spanish teacher at The East Harlem School.
