Tom McGinn

Tom is Northzone’s General Counsel. Prior to joining the team, Tom was at Cooley, advising investors and companies throughout their life cycle, typically from formation to exit.

Tom trained at Osborne Clarke in London and was seconded to Microsoft, acting as its lead consumer & retail lawyer in the UK.

Tom is a native English, German & Hungarian speaker.
