Cal Thomas is a performance development expert specializing in sales, leadership, and customer service training. Currently, Cal leads sales and management training at Sandler Training in Northern New Jersey, employing the Sandler Selling System to help organizations enhance their sales processes. From 2002 to 2014, Cal served as President of The Acadia Group, providing interim executive management and coaching to foster business growth. Cal’s extensive experience also includes roles at Intel as Director of Procurement and as Vice President of Strategic Planning at TSD Company. In addition, Cal is a member of the Board of Trustees at Norwescap and has taught as an adjunct professor at Gibbs College-Boston. Cal holds a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and continues to contribute to professional development in various capacities.
