We start with smart. We begin with a plan and a partnership, not a pitch. Norwest won’t just throw you an uninformed bid with every line item reduced to the lowest common denominator. We evaluate the whole of your project, first assessing the site for readiness and surprises. That gives you leverage in your lease negotiations and saves you construction dollars down the road. Then we show you exactly, honestly, expertly and creatively what your budget can build. That’s our unique “Design to Budget” process. The good news is that we do it so precisely that Norwest Contractors change orders historically run less than 1 percent of the budget—no one else even comes close. The bad news is that we won’t just tell you what you want to hear, we’ll tell you the truth. Of course, maybe, for you, that’s good news too. And then, when work begins, we bring the region’s finest, most experienced subcontractors and craftspeople to your project. We stay in touch, and we stay reachable. And we keep our eyes on the ball. So, by the time we get to finish, you have far more quality and value than you imagined. That’s what we call being Better from Smart to Finish. Here’s the thing: your office or your restaurant or your store is more than your workplace, it’s a manifestation of who you are and how you do what you do. Doesn’t that deserve better than the lowest bid? Doesn’t that deserve Norwest Contractors? Build like you mean it—build with us.
