Rick Russell

Rick Russell is the Vice President of Global Professional Services at Norwin Technologies, a role held since September 2021. Prior to this position, Rick served as the Vice President of Professional Services at Dell EMC from October 2011 to September 2021, overseeing global pre-sales technical support teams for the EMC Global Alliances team, which included Systems Integrators, Outsourcers, Service Providers, Federal Systems Integrators, and OEM. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Colgate University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
