Ana Castro has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of B2C Commercial Transformation at NOS SGPS since 2017. In this role, Ana also leads customer journeys redesign squads under digital transformation initiatives and oversees B2C customer experience marketing. Prior to this, Ana held various positions at NOS Portugal from 2007 to 2017, including Senior Projects & Processes Marketing Manager and Senior Product & Marketing Manager. Ana's earlier career includes significant roles at Portugal Telecom and Telepac, starting from a position in sales channels development and progressing to management in multiple departments. Ana holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Instituto Superior Técnico, earned between 1997 and 2002.
