Ana Lima

Ana Lima is an experienced Learning & Development Manager at NOS SGPS since September 2023 and a Trainer & Facilitator at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics since August 2014, specializing in career-related workshops and individual counseling for students. Ana co-manages the Careers & Talent Office, develops strategies to enhance career development, and has conducted numerous webinars to support job seekers during the COVID-19 pandemic. With a background in psychology, Ana has previously worked in various roles including Psychologist and Trainer in diverse educational and professional settings, focusing on training methodologies, counseling, and career coaching. Ana holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and multiple qualifications from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and the University of Lisbon.
