André Eloca

André Eloca is an experienced professional currently serving as a Key Account Manager at NOS SGPS since June 2022. Previously, André spent nearly two decades at Randstad Portugal, holding various titles including Project Specialist Manager, Business Development, and Operational Manager, where responsibilities included team motivation, performance analysis, cost management, and planning continuous improvement initiatives. André also held a leadership role as Team Lead Supervisor, focusing on team coordination, individual and collective improvement plans, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. André holds a Licentiate degree in Sociology from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, completed in 2017.
