André Ottone Alves has extensive experience in human resources and people relations, currently serving as the People Relations & Diversity Director and Talent Director at NOS SGPS since December 2013. Previously, André held the position of Senior HR Manager at Optimus from September 2007 to November 2013. André's career also includes significant roles at Sonaecom, where responsibilities included serving as Head of HR for both NOVIS Telecom and CLIX, as well as an HR Generalist position at Optimus from March 2000 to August 2002. André holds a Licentiate degree in Organizational & Social Psychology from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
