André Seabra

André Seabra serves as the Head of Churn and Retention and CRM Project Manager at NOS SGPS since October 2016. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Deloitte from April 2014 to September 2016, focusing on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. André Seabra held various positions at Portugal Telecom between September 2008 and March 2014, including Mobile Internet Manager, High Value Customer Segment Manager, Churn Manager, Loyalty & Retention Campaign Manager, and Trainee. Educational qualifications consist of an Executive Master Program in Marketing Management from INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education (2010-2012), an Erasmus Exchange Program in Management at Università degli Studi di Trieste (2007-2008), and an Undergraduate degree in Management from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (2005-2008).
