Bárbara Damásio is a student at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, pursuing a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Strategic Marketing. They participated in the Erasmus+ Program at Česká zemědělská univerzita v Praze and obtained a Licenciatura in Gestão from ISCTE Business School. Currently, Bárbara serves as an ambassador for NOS SGPS and has previously held roles as an ambassador at Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a youth mentor with Audax-ISCTE. Additionally, they contributed to human resources at the NEG - Núcleo de Estudantes de Gestão do ISCTE-IUL from 2022 to 2024.
