Carlos Mendes has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications and project management sectors, currently serving as a Customer Corporate Project Manager at NOS SGPS since 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing project execution, ensuring quality standards, and managing client relationships. Previous roles include Wholesale Delivery Manager and Production Manager within NOS SGPS, as well as a Telecommunications Engineer at Ericsson, a Programmer Analyst at AMS, and a Computer Science Engineer at Lear Corporation. Carlos holds a 5-Year Degree in Computer Science, a Master's in Applied Artificial Intelligence, a Postgraduate degree in Project Management, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Information Security, all obtained from prestigious institutions including the Universidade NOVA de Lisboa and Royal Holloway, University of London.
