Daniel Proença

Daniel Proença is a University Professor at FEP U. Porto, specializing in Retail Management within the Executive Master in Management of Retail Operations. As the Head of Retail Operations, Strategy, and Partners at NOS SGPS since October 2016, Daniel manages a team of 10 Area Managers and oversees more than 400 sellers across over 80 stores. Previously, Daniel played pivotal roles in business development, marketing initiatives, and project management at NOS, including founding the first telecom-insurance agency in Portugal. Additionally, Daniel co-founded U.DREAM, a junior social company dedicated to helping children with health challenges. Daniel holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master's in Sales Management from FEP U. Porto, along with a Bachelor's in Economics from the same institution.
