Fernando Vaquinhas

Fernando Vaquinhas is a Senior Engineer at NOS SGPS since May 2014, specializing in Operations and Maintenance Management as well as Technical Infrastructure Management and Network Implementation. Previously, Fernando served at ZON Multimédia in the same technical infrastructure management capacity until May 2014 and worked at Optimus - Comunicações S.A. from August 2000 to October 2013 focusing on the operation and implementation of mobile network infrastructures. Fernando's earlier experience includes supervisory roles at SOFRER and STE SA, where responsibilities included the implementation of telecommunications infrastructures. Fernando holds a degree in Electrotechnical Engineering from ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa and a General Management program certification from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, with recent education undertaken at Nova School of Business and Economics in late 2023.
