José Martins

José Martins is an experienced project delivery and management professional with a strong background in engineering and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Project Delivery Manager at NOS SGPS since November 2019, José oversees the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop Set-Up Boxes, OTT applications, and multi-platform features. Previous roles include Project Manager at BOLD by Devoteam, where project development performance was improved for Set-Up Boxes and Routers at NOS, and Program Manager at Visteon Corporation, managing multiple automotive programs. José's expertise extends to mechanical design engineering, with a proven record in optimizing production processes, leading design reviews, and contributing to R&D initiatives in telecommunications. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and a Post Graduation in Project Management from ISEG.
