Luis Galhote has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a SNOC 1.5 Engineer at NOS SGPS since July 2000, where responsibilities include IP Backbone support and maintenance of a variety of network technologies. Since January 2023, involvement in the Fixed Network Supervision Team has focused on various systems, including Cisco, Huawei, and DWDM networks. Prior to this role, Luis held the position of NOC Supervisor at NOS, overseeing core network maintenance, operation, and monitoring.
