Luís Gonçalves

Luís Gonçalves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of Wholesale Data Capacity at NOS SGPS since October 2013. In this role, Luís oversees sales and buying activities, spearheads new business development, and manages product transformations and P&L accountability. Previously, Luís held various management positions at Optimus, focusing on network core and services, as well as access network planning and implementation. Prior experience includes strategic network planning at Sonaecom and project management for fiber network implementation at NOVIS Telecom. Luís holds an Executive MBA from EGP-UPBS and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra.
