Marta Simões currently serves as a Facilitator for the business simulation team at NOS SGPS, where responsibilities include organizing team efforts and ensuring quality in test execution. Prior to this role, Marta held various positions at Accenture Portugal, culminating in the role of Business Process Services Associate Manager, focusing on performance monitoring and successful project transitions. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in B2C commercial processes and complaint management at NOS SGPS, as well as positions in business process analysis and continuous improvement across multiple companies within the ZON group. Marta holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the Lean Six Sigma Institute.
