Miguel Morgado

Miguel Morgado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles at NOS SGPS since May 2015, including Head of B2B Offer & Digital Marketing, Senior Transformation Manager, and Head of the 5G Program, positioning NOS as a leader in 5G technology in Portugal. Morgado's contributions include spearheading transformation initiatives centered around Generative AI and customer service, launching a fully digital insurance business, and developing strategic insights for the Executive Board. Prior to NOS, Miguel worked at Portugal Telecom in multiple capacities, including Consultant for the B2C CMO and Business Developer within the Innovation Team. Academic credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and Master's degrees from ISCTE Business School and Nova School of Business and Economics, complemented by international experience at the University of Gothenburg.
