Nuno Lopes

Nuno Lopes is an experienced Unified Communication Engineer at NOS SGPS since September 2013, specializing in the infrastructures for voice and video over IP and contact center operations. Prior experience includes a role as Telecommunications Engineer at ZON Multimedia, where responsibilities encompassed TDM voice switching and video over IP infrastructures, as well as DHCP server management. Nuno's career began as a Process Analyst and later an HFC Technician at TV Cabo Lisboa, SA, focusing on process improvement and HFC infrastructure operations. Nuno also served as a Telecommunications Technician at Portugal Telecom, working on digital and data transmission, optical communication systems, and PBX devices. Nuno holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications from Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa and has pursued further education in multimedia engineering and cloud computing.
