Paulo Bicho

Paulo Bicho is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and technology sector, currently serving as the Manager of TV, Internet and Device Management Services at NOS SGPS since November 2016, where also leads the Device Management team. Previously, Paulo worked as a VAS Engineer at NOS SGPS from March 2013 to May 2014, focusing on operation and maintenance of VAS platforms, providing 3rd level customer support, and managing acceptance tests and projects. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Optimus - Telecomunicações spanned from April 2000 to March 2013, where responsibilities included supervision of IPTV platforms and GSM/GPRS/UMTS networks. An early career at DAI involved automation industrial. Paulo holds an Executive Master in Business Administration from INDEG-ISCTE, a Post Graduation in Virtualization and Cloud Computing from ISTEC, and an Engineer's degree in Multimedia Engineering.
