Pedro Matos has over 25 years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on digital workplace solutions, networking, and security. Currently serving as Manager of Digital Workplace at NOS SGPS since May 2014, Pedro oversees project management, vendor negotiations, and team performance while participating in global IT initiatives and audits. Prior roles include Manager of End User Support at ZonOptimus and Manager of Networking and Security at Sonaecom, where responsibilities spanned infrastructure support, information security policy development, and vulnerability management. Pedro holds multiple degrees in information security and strategic management from esteemed institutions, along with industry certifications from ISACA.
