Rita Melo

Rita Melo possesses extensive experience in operational management and architectural design, currently serving as the Operational Manager for P2P Fiber Centric Infrastructures at NOS SGPS since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rita accumulated significant expertise at TELCABO S.A. as a designer specializing in Fiber Optic FTTN from August 2014 to December 2021. Rita's early career includes significant contributions as a volunteer architect with Arquitectos Sem Fronteiras Portugal, where project management and evaluations for housing initiatives were conducted, alongside a role at Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa focusing on home improvements for the elderly. Additional architectural engagements include work with various firms on projects involving structural consolidation and licensing in Portugal and Spain. Rita holds a degree from the Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa and completed high school at Colégio São João de Brito.
