Rui Sousa

Rui Sousa is an experienced logistics professional who has been with NOS SGPS since May 2014, serving in various leadership roles such as Head of Logistics & Field Force and Head of Logistics Operations & BI. Rui's expertise includes process optimization, KPI management, project management, and business modeling. Prior to NOS SGPS, Rui worked at ZON TV Cabo, focusing on logistics control and continuous improvement, where key achievements included cost estimation, recovery program implementation, and transport process enhancements. Rui holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and has pursued further education in Lean Quality Control at Nova School of Business & Economics and the Kaizen Institute.
