Rute A. has over 25 years of experience in training and human resource development, currently serving in various training roles at NOS SGPS since December 2013. Rute has contributed to Academia NOS, Academia Vendas Residencial, and Academia Retalho NOS. Prior experience includes positions at ZON Multimédia from October 2005 to November 2013, where Rute held roles in training, processes management, and project management within the retail sector. Rute's career began at TV Cabo Sado, SA and continued at TV Cabo Tejo, SA, encompassing roles in customer support and call center coordination. Rute holds a degree in Management and Public Administration from Instituto Superior Ciencias Sociais e Politicas, completed in 2000.
