He is certified as an APTECH Certified Computer Professional with specialization in Software Engineering & Information System Management.

He worked as a Customer Service Representative at Excel Communication in Beverly Hill in California; Operations Agent, DHL located at Los Angeles International Airport, California; Client Associate at Prepaid Legal, Beverly Hills in California; Operations Manager at Leisure Guard Securities, Bolton, United Kingdom; Energy Sales Adviser at Scottish Power in North West, United Kingdom before joining the Group in 2009 as Group Executive Director, Compliance.
