We’re a collective of aged care specialised dietitians with a hands-on, bottom-up approach that transforms food quality and nutritional outcomes in both residential facilities and community settings. You’ll find us in kitchens, dining rooms, and working with our community; not just behind desks or buried in reports.

We work closely with chefs, carers, nurses, and families to create real-world solutions that help older adults maintain function, prevent malnutrition, and feel empowered through food. Whether it’s supporting a facility to meet quality standards, helping a home care client regain weight and strength, or training staff on better mealtime practices- we bring practical strategies, warmth and advocacy to every table.
